Guys fail to impress

Last night the Top 12 guys took the American Idol stage to show what they've got...apparently they don't have much, yet.

Although they are bursting at the seams with personality, their vocal skills have yet to live up to their potential.

Rudy Cardenas opened the show with a slow start, as a professional musician you would think he would perform better. It didn't seem that the show would get any better with performances like Sundance Head's, who looked like he was going to pass-out.

Then there is poor little Sanjaya Malakar, who is as cute as a button and has a really sweet voice but tackled a Stevie Wonder song and lost, big time...



Thank god for the only 4 Idol guys with talent this week; Brandon Rogers, Jared Cotter, Phil Stacey and Blake Lewis. They weren't fantastic but at least I didn't have the urge to fast-forward through them.

Tonight the girls take the stage...come on ladies you can do better than that...
