There is a music downloading website called www.allofmp3.com that is totally legal.
Besides using iTunes, which charges a whole freaken dollar per song, this site charges at most, I think, 20 cents. That's what I've ran into so far. The site also sells by albums, obviously. Those will run you about three whole dollars!
I know a lot of you, especially college students, download illegally. Shame on you. Usually the quality is crap, and sometimes you get a poltergeist sound blaring at you.

Right now, however, I've been having problems paying with credit card. But I've complained and they said the problem would be fixed ASAP.
