Has she gone totally mad?
According to People magazine, Britney Spears entered a salon in San Fernando Valley on Friday, Feb. 16, and told the owner Esther Tognozzi to give her a buzz cut. After Tognozzi refused, Spears went ahead and did it herself.
Now there's your blond ambition Brit!
Maybe she's trying to set a new L.A. trend. The salon she went to charges $20 for a men's buzz cut, but Tognozzi said "now i'm charging $200 for the Brit-Buzz Special!"
Here she is in action. She could have left the rat-tail at least.

Jill, I would have to agree that this is quite crazy. Britney Spears is a wonderful person and her hair has always been top notch..to die for really. It is a sad day...
